Since 2004, Jade Communications, a Centre for Applied Human Communication, has delivered practical and innovative training programmes, coaching and consultancy services for a diverse range of individuals and organizations in the private, public, and Non-Governmental sector.

Our Applied Human Communication programs focus on three main areas: Training, Executive Coaching, and Consultancy Support.

If you participate in any of our Open Programs, you automatically qualify for our multiple attendance discount among other benefits.

This personal package entitles you to the following discounts culminating in a 30% set discount on any of our Open Programmes:

  • 20% discount when attending your second Open Programme
  • 25% when attending your third Open programme
  • 30% on all future Open programme

We believe in Corporate Social Participation through responsible business practice and community engagement.

Through our Jade Corporate Social Participation Program, our clients are requested to nominate a project/organization, which is then evaluated based on its impact on sustainable development indices- economic, social and environment.

CPD Certification

Jade is a continuing Professional Development (CPD) training company. We are currently pursuing partnerships with various professional organizations in the region to ensure all learners following CPD schemes can get CPD points from attending our Programmes.

Center for Non-Verbal Communication

The Center of Nonverbal Communication (CNVC) (www.centerfornonverbal.com ) is a specialized educational center focused on one of humans’ most powerful forms of communication. Having the ability to recognize and interpret nonverbal cues with others is a proven technique to experience more success in business and everyday life.

Our partnership with the Center for Non-Verbal Communication has developed the Non-Verbal Communication- Threat Detection Master class, targeting the African Continent.

Continuous Learning

Continuous Improvement is the key to making it stick.  As we say in our programs, continuous practice makes improvement. We encourage all our participants to practice the communications skills they have learnt. We are also available to offer follow up sessions.

Our follow up sessions are offered privately in two-hour increments, private coaching sessions, which give the personal attention needed to further an individual’s ability. Be it for your upcoming presentation or communication situation, all you need is to give us a call and book your coaching session.

For corporate follow-up sessions, we offer half-day customized coaching sessions.


Center for Applied Human Communication

Our Applied Human Communication training, coaching and consultancy model focuses on applying existing communication theory and research to practical situations that clients face in applied contexts.

Headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, we conduct open, private, and customized programmes across the region. We have trained and coached communicators at all levels from middle level, CEO’s, Cabinet Secretaries to Presidential candidates.
